Lymphatic Massage encourages the reduction of pain, bloating, and toxic overload as fluid retention in tissue is flushed through the lymphatic system. This enables the body to increase its internal flow of lymphatic fluid aiding cellular rejuvenation. This process improves immune function and encouraging a faster healing process in a gentle and relaxing manner. It is especially beneficial when having a medical procedure such as mastectomy or a cosmetic procedure such as Lypo 360, BBL, breast augmentation or other cosmetic procedures.
Your massage therapist will use a variety of massage techniques. Lymphatic massage uses stretching of the skin and lighter pressure than traditional Swedish or deep tissue massage, as well as long, gentle, rhythmic strokes and soft pumping movements in the direction of the lymph nodes.

General Lymphatic Massage

If you have recently had surgery, please select post-op lymphatics and include procedure in intake form so the therapist can properly prepare the treatment room for service.

Post-natal Lymphatic Massage
Helps with the reduction of swelling that can be experienced post-natal. This session is focused inner thigh, abdomen, ankles & face. If a c-section was performed during delivery, when the time is appropriate, sessions will be focused on helping to reduce the scar tissue formation and increase mobility in the abdominal region.

Post-Operative Lymphatic Massage
This session will help with the reduction of pain & bloating post-op. As you move through the healing process, massage techniques that encourage scar tissue to break down will be used alongside lymphatic massage.

Typically post-op requires multiple sessions. For this reason, we have packages available. With these sessions, our therapists will help with the reduction of pain & bloating. As you move through the healing process, an emphasis will be put on utilizing techiques that encourage scar tissue breakdown alongside lymphatic techniques that help with the reduction of swelling
