Our Esthetics department is more than just skin deep treatments! Not only do we provide luxurious Organic facials with plant-based product from Hungary, we also specialize in a variety of treatments ranging from facial cupping, Micro-channeling, body treatments, as well as full face & body waxing.
A Spa Northwest facial is a customized experience tailored just for you to include your choice of hand & arm, neck & shoulder, scalp & foot massage during the service.
Combining year of experience & unique trainings, along with the use of quality products that we can trust, our Holistic Estheticians are are able to ensure a memorable experience from the moment you enter our space until you leave.
With our oversized lounge & 10 treatment rooms, we are able to accommodate large parties, for occasions such as girlfriends days, birthdays, baby & bridal showers, so be sure to check out our packages online.
Marissa
Licensed Esthetician
Marissa is a dedicated esthetician with a strong passion for helping clients enhance their skin. Her expertise in waxing techniques, acquired through comprehensive training with Lana, ensures a comfortable and satisfying customer experience. Additionally, Marissa’s knowledge of our product line, gained through training with Elena & Kaitlyn, enables her to recommend and utilize the most effective products for achieving exceptional results. With her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, Marissa strives to deliver exceptional skincare services at Spa Northwest.
Jolene
Licensed Esthetician
Jolene is a highly skilled and experienced esthetician with over 15 years of industry expertise. Specializing in full body waxing and facials, she has honed her craft at prestigious spas in Colorado. Her extensive knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional service make her a valuable addition to the Spa Northwest team. Jolene’s passion for skincare and commitment to client satisfaction ensure that every treatment is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Kaitlyn
Licensed Esthetician
Kaitlyn has been part of the Spa Northwest family since early 2023. She originally joined us as an in-house esthetician, but with the joyful arrival of her new baby, she’s taken on a specialized remote role to continue supporting our clients from home.
As our Online Esthetician, Kaitlyn offers complimentary 15-minute video consultations to help you understand your skin’s needs and recommend the best products tailored to your skin type and concerns. She assists with product selection, ordering, and shipping—making sure everything arrives at your doorstep with care. She’ll also remain your point of contact for any follow-up questions or concerns along the way.
Whether you’re local or across the country, Kaitlyn is here to help you love your skin—no spa visit required.

Elena has been a valued member of the Spa Northwest team for nearly 2.5 years, and her presence has been nothing short of a gift. Her care, professionalism, and dedication to her clients have made a lasting impact on all of us.
Beginning August 29, 2025, Elena will be stepping away from her role at Spa Northwest to support her family in their business. While we are sad to see her go, we fully support her next chapter and are incredibly grateful for the time we’ve shared.
