This workshop held by Sioux Nikoley is offered every Tuesday evening at 7-8:15pm. $15 drop in or class card
The workshop helps participants understand the qualities and benefits for cultivating a healthy mind. Relaxing insights dealing with daily life challenges are introduced with topics such as mind chatter, residual effects from restlessness (anxiety), and giving space to just ‘sit’, revealing the true nature of the mind. Techniques will be provided as well as time to practice them.
