Join us for a journey of rejuvenation. This Mother’s Day experience is intended to relax your mind, calm your body, and lift your spirits.
The afternoon will begin with some light stretching and calming breathwork to still the mind. Supported restorative and Yin postures will ease the body into relaxation and require minimal effort.
The use of essential oils and aromatherapy will be available to enhance the experience. This soothing Mother’s Day yoga practice will include guided meditation throughout and will leave one feeling fresh and renewed.
All levels are welcome.
No prior experience required.
